Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! Investing in artwork is a meaningful experience that I want to make as accessible as possible. If you would like to arrange a payment plan, please email me at hello@erinahalla.com to start the conversation.
What is your shipping policy?
The standard shipping at checkout is based on the size and estimated weight of the package.
If you are based in the Vancouver or North Shore are, free pickup or delivery can be arranged. Select “North Van Free Pickup” at checkout, and I will be in touch in regards to scheduling.
What’s your return policy?
I do not accept returns or process refunds.
How do commission payments work?
After we have agreed upon the size, materials, and general complexities of the painting, I will issue you an estimate. At that time, half of the estimated total will be due. After the completion of the painting, I will submit an official invoice, detailing the amount already paid, and the remaining amount. Payment in full is required prior to delivery.
Do you offer framing?
Yes! I am currently offering framed paintings on artworks up to 20 x 24 inches in size. Please be sure to check the description, to ensure that the artwork you’re interested in comes framed. Cost in included at checkout.
